No. Monthly billing, cancel any time, no early-termination fees. We earn the renewal each month or we don’t.
One POST /v1/score call, or one widget-initiated scoring event, is one check. Failed lookups (e.g. our API returned an error) don’t count. Duplicate signups within 60 seconds from the same IP/email pair are deduplicated and count once.
Nothing breaks. We don’t throttle or block scoring — protecting your signups matters more than enforcing a soft limit. Overage is billed at the end of the month at the tier rate above. You’ll get a notification at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises.
Prices shown exclude VAT. UK customers are charged VAT at the standard rate. EU customers may be charged VAT under reverse-charge depending on VAT status. Customers outside the UK and EU are billed without VAT.
Upgrade any time and the new allowance applies immediately, prorated for the rest of the month. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle so you don’t lose paid-for checks.
